Our bbq sauce is called “Da Dip”, it’s a vinegar based sauce. It’s a secret family recipe my grandmother passed down to us. She passed away in 2016 which inspired me to start my own business and in 2019 I self published a cookbook called “Granny’s House” (also seen below) that can be found on Amazon. My background is actually in accounting and I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2012 with a Masters in Accounting. I am also a licensed CPA and work in Finance but my love of cooking inspired me to go to Wake tech culinary school where I graduated with a AA in culinary art in May 2022. I still work in finance but I am also a freelance private chef in my spare time. I hope to continue my grandmother’s legacy and allow others in our community the opportunity to experience our family recipes and bbq sauce.
