Welcome to The Western Wake Farmers Market.
ATTENTION! On September 8th, our Fire Department is planning to host their annual 9/11 event and run. This means that the part of Town Hall Drive between Morrisville-Carpenter Road and the Parks & Rec building will be closed from 7am until 1:30pm.
Both parking lots at the Chamber/PSMS building will remain open and will only be accessible from the north on Town Hall Drive. For this Saturday, Market patrons and vendors coming from Morrisville-Carpenter Road will have to go down to Church Street, then make a left on Jeremiah Street and a left on Town Hall Drive to access the Market site.
If you have any questions about the event on September 8th, please contact Jackie McKenzie, Fire Dept. Administrative Specialist, at JMcKenzie@townofmorrisville.org
The Western Wake Farmers’ Market was conceived by a group of Wake County moms with a desire to feed their families with locally grown food.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission of increasing the resiliency of the local food system. We do this by increasing participation of consumers, via education, and operation of two farmers market where people can obtain fresh, healthy, local food, and producers can improve their livelihoods. We operate year-round.
Our market is open year-round. Regular season is April-November, Saturdays, 8 am – 12:00 pm. Winter season is December-March, Saturdays, 9:30 am – 12:00 pm.
We have moved to our permanent location, so bring your family and friends and come check us out! It is located adjacent to our current location on the other side of the building.
PARKING NOTICE: Parking is available in the lot next to the Farmers Market site, as well as in the adjacent lot located on the other side of the building (our previous location). Please do not park along the road.
