Chicken Wire NC is a creative pop-up concept designed to allow chefs an outlet to bond and get to know each other, while making inventive and delicious food for an audience. Some proceeds from each dinner will benefit a chosen non-profit charity. The mission of Chickenwire is to increase the interaction between chefs and diners; to provide talented chefs with an extra-curricular outlet for creativity; to draw attention to a different level of farm-to-table cuisine in the area; to allow chefs to further give back to their communities. Each dinner is unique. Each location, a secret. Some dinners are casual and yet some others will be more formal. A venue could be indoor or outdoor, on a farm or in a ballroom. Sometimes alcoholic beverages will be included as part of the meal and sometimes dinners will be BYO. Honor system. Honor the unwritten supper club rules, honor the private location.
