My grandfather was a carpenter, my father was a carpenter and I’m a landscaper. I never thought I would find joy in doing woodworking until I had children. I now have my 2 daughters and son helping in the shop with my loving wife supporting us. Nothing better than spending time with family doing something we all find joy in.

I've been interested in eating healthy ever since I was diagnosed with a couple of different diseases that affect my GI tract. It first started with shopping at farmers markets, then I became a vendor (Muddy Dog Roasting Company), and now as the market manger.
